Response Times
Email inquiries: We respond to all emails within 24 hours, typically within 2-4 hours during business hours (Mon-Fri, 7 AM - 5 PM).
Form submissions: Quotes requested through our website form are processed in the order received. Most quotes are delivered within 2-3 hours during business hours.
Walk-in customers: Our yard is open during business hours. No appointment needed for browsing inventory or small purchases. For large orders, calling ahead helps us stage your pallets for faster pickup.
Helpful Info for Your Visit
Bring your truck: If you are picking up pallets, bring a vehicle appropriate for the quantity. A standard pickup truck bed holds 6-10 pallets stacked flat. For larger quantities, we can load flatbeds and trailers.
Payment options: We accept cash, checks, and all major credit cards for walk-in purchases. Business accounts with net-30 terms are available upon credit approval.
Safety: Our yard is an active work zone with forklifts and heavy equipment. Visitors should wear closed-toe shoes and stay in designated pedestrian areas. Our staff will assist with loading.
Directions & Landmarks
From I-25: Take exit 228 (San Antonio Dr NE / Ellison Dr NE). Head east on San Antonio, turn right onto Anaheim Ave NE. Our facility is on the right side, approximately 0.3 miles south.
From I-40: Take exit 162A (San Mateo Blvd NE). Head north on San Mateo, turn right on Comanche Rd NE, then left on Anaheim Ave NE. We are in the industrial area south of Comanche.
Nearby landmarks: We are located in the northeast industrial corridor near Snap-on Tools, Ferguson Enterprises, and the Journal Center business park. Look for the stacked pallets visible from the road.

What are your minimum order quantities?
There is no minimum order. We sell and deliver as few as one pallet. However, delivery fees are most cost-effective on orders of 20+ pallets. For orders under 10 pallets, pickup from our facility (4480 Anaheim Ave NE) is recommended to avoid delivery charges.
How quickly can I get pallets?
Same-day for in-stock items if ordered before 10 AM (Albuquerque metro area). Most standard orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom and new pallet orders require 3-10 business days depending on specifications and quantity.
Do you offer free pickup for pallets I want to sell or recycle?
Yes. Free pickup is available for 20+ pallets within the Albuquerque metro area. For smaller quantities, we recommend dropping them off at our facility during business hours (Mon-Fri 7 AM - 5 PM, Sat 8 AM - 2 PM).
What forms of payment do you accept?
Cash, check, and all major credit cards for walk-in and delivery orders. Approved business accounts qualify for Net-30 invoicing. Net-60 terms are available for high-volume recurring customers. No deposit required for orders under $2,500.
Can you provide pallets for international shipping?
Yes. We stock ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets with IPPC certification stamps, required for export to most countries. We handle all documentation and can advise on the specific requirements for your destination country.
Do you deliver outside of Albuquerque?
Yes. We serve all of central New Mexico including Rio Rancho, Corrales, Bernalillo, Los Lunas, Belen, Edgewood, Santa Fe, Las Vegas NM, Socorro, Grants, Los Alamos, and Espanola. Statewide delivery to Las Cruces, Roswell, and other cities is available by arrangement.
Parking & Facility Access
Visitor Parking
Park in the designated visitor area immediately to the right after entering the front gate. Space for up to 8 passenger vehicles.
Do not park in the loading zone, forklift travel lanes, or alongside pallet stacks. These areas must remain clear for safe operations.
Trucks and trailers for pallet pickup should proceed straight to the loading dock area. Our yard crew will direct you to the staging lane.
Loading Dock Access
Our loading dock accommodates flatbed trailers up to 53 feet and box trucks of all sizes. Pull forward through the main gate and follow signs to the dock area.
For flatbed loading, our forklift operators will handle all pallet placement. Please remain in your cab or in the designated safe zone during loading operations.
If you are picking up a pre-staged order, have your order number or confirmation email ready. Pre-staged orders are typically loaded within 15-20 minutes of arrival.
Safety Requirements
Footwear: Closed-toe shoes required at all times in the yard. Steel-toe boots recommended but not mandatory for visitors.
Pedestrian zones: Stay in marked walkways. Forklifts have right-of-way in all travel lanes. Do not walk between pallet stacks.
Children & pets: Not permitted in the yard area for safety reasons. Please leave them in your vehicle or outside the front gate.
Hard hats: Not required for brief visits but available at the front office if you prefer one.
