Pickup Services

How much does delivery cost?
Delivery pricing depends on your location, order size, and frequency. Core Zone (Albuquerque metro) deliveries are competitively priced and often bundled free with large orders. Metro and Extended Zone pricing is quoted per trip. Contact us for a specific quote -- we are typically 20-30% less than general freight carriers for pallet-specific loads.
Can I schedule a recurring delivery on the same day each week?
Absolutely. We encourage recurring schedules because they allow us to optimize routes and offer better pricing. Most of our regular customers have a standing delivery day and window. We also set up automatic reorders for businesses that go through a predictable number of pallets each week.
Do your trucks have forklifts for unloading?
Our flatbed and stake bed trucks are designed for forklift loading and unloading. If your facility has a forklift, our driver coordinates the unload with your team. If you do not have a forklift, let us know in advance and we will dispatch a truck with a mounted lift or arrange forklift support.
What happens if I need an emergency delivery outside business hours?
We offer after-hours and weekend delivery for urgent needs. An expedited fee applies, but we understand that supply chain disruptions do not follow a 9-to-5 schedule. Call our main line and follow the after-hours prompts to reach our dispatch coordinator.
Can you deliver to a construction site or temporary location?
Yes. We deliver to construction sites, event venues, pop-up warehouses, and other temporary locations regularly. Just provide the address and any access instructions (gate codes, contact person, staging area) and we will get your pallets there on schedule.

Scheduling & Availability
Standard Business Hours
Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Most deliveries and pickups are scheduled within these hours. The busiest windows are 8-10 AM and 2-4 PM -- if scheduling flexibility is available, midday slots offer the fastest turnaround.
Saturday Service
Limited Saturday delivery available from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM by appointment. Saturday pickups and deliveries require 48-hour advance notice and are subject to driver availability. No surcharge for Saturday service when scheduled in advance.
After-Hours & Emergency
Urgent deliveries outside standard business hours are available with a 50% expedited surcharge. After-hours service covers evenings until 9 PM and weekends. Call our main line and follow the after-hours dispatch prompts.
Holiday Schedule
We observe major federal holidays (New Year, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas). Orders placed before a holiday are fulfilled the next business day. We do not charge rush fees for post-holiday catchup deliveries.
Recurring Route Days
Our regular delivery routes cover specific areas on set days: North Valley/Corrales on Mondays, South Valley/Los Lunas on Tuesdays, Northeast Heights on Wednesdays, Rio Rancho on Thursdays, and Santa Fe on Fridays. Aligning your orders with route days reduces delivery costs.
Lead Time Requirements
Same-day delivery: order by 10 AM. Next-day delivery: order by 3 PM. Scheduled recurring deliveries: set up once and forget -- we deliver automatically. Custom or large orders (500+ pallets): 2-3 days advance notice recommended.
