Pricing Factors

Pallet pricing depends on several variables. Here is what determines the cost so you can make informed decisions for your business.

Size & Dimensions

Standard 48x40 pallets are the most economical. Custom dimensions, oversized builds, and specialty shapes cost more due to additional materials and labor.

Grade & Condition

Grade A recycled pallets cost more than Grade C, but last longer and handle heavier loads. New pallets carry a premium but offer maximum lifespan.

Volume & Frequency

Orders of 100+ pallets receive tiered discounts. Recurring customers with monthly contracts enjoy the best per-unit pricing available.

Treatment & Compliance

Heat-treated pallets meeting ISPM-15 standards for international shipping carry a treatment surcharge. We handle all certification and stamping.

Delivery Distance

Local pickup is free. Delivery within the Albuquerque metro is competitively priced. Extended delivery to Santa Fe, Las Cruces, and beyond is quoted per trip.

Turnaround Time

Standard orders ship within 2-3 business days. Rush orders with same-day or next-day fulfillment are available for an expedited fee.

Real Scenarios, Real Savings

A mid-size Albuquerque distributor was spending $12 per pallet on new units and discarding them after a single trip. By switching to our Grade A recycled pallets at $6-8 each, they cut their annual pallet spend by $38,000 while keeping 4,200 pallets out of the landfill. That is the kind of result we deliver routinely.

A local brewery needed ISPM-15 heat-treated pallets for international export. Our team provided certified pallets at 25% less than their previous supplier, with same-week delivery and documentation handled end to end.

Whether you are a small shop ordering 20 pallets a month or a large warehouse moving thousands, we scale our service to match your needs with pricing that reflects your volume.

We purchase pallets in all conditions -- from pristine Grade A units to damaged pallets suitable for recycling. There is no minimum quantity, though larger volumes earn better per-unit pricing.

Buying & Selling FAQ

What is the difference between Grade A, B, and C pallets?
Grade A pallets are in premium condition with minimal cosmetic wear -- they look nearly new and offer the longest lifespan. Grade B pallets are fully functional with visible wear but no structural compromise. Grade C pallets are budget-friendly, suitable for single-use or lighter loads. All grades pass our structural safety inspection before sale.
Do you offer volume discounts for large orders?
Yes. Orders of 100+ pallets receive automatic tiered discounts. For ongoing monthly orders, we offer contract pricing that can reduce per-unit cost by up to 25% compared to spot pricing. Contact us for a custom volume quote.
Can I return pallets that do not meet my expectations?
Absolutely. We stand behind every pallet we sell. If a pallet does not meet the grade specifications promised, we replace it at no additional cost. Just notify us within 7 days of delivery and we will arrange a swap.
How quickly can I get pallets delivered?
For standard orders within the Albuquerque metro area, we offer same-day delivery on orders placed before 10 AM. Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Rush and after-hours delivery are available for an additional fee.
What is the minimum quantity I can sell back to you?
There is no strict minimum. We buy as few as one pallet. However, for quantities under 20, we recommend dropping them off at our facility to avoid pickup logistics. For 20 or more, we provide free pickup within the Albuquerque metro area.

Bulk Order Benefits

Ordering in volume unlocks significant advantages beyond just per-unit savings.

Tiered Volume Discounts

Orders of 100+ pallets receive automatic 10-15% discounts. At 500+ units, savings reach 20-25%. Monthly contract customers with 1,000+ units per month get our best pricing -- often 30% below spot rates.

Dedicated Account Manager

Bulk customers (500+ pallets/month) are assigned a dedicated account manager who handles ordering, scheduling, quality issues, and billing. One phone call handles everything.

Priority Fulfillment

Large-volume orders are prioritized in our fulfillment queue. Your pallets are staged and ready before the truck arrives, minimizing turnaround time at our facility.

Free Delivery (Metro)

Orders of 200+ pallets within the Albuquerque metro area include free delivery. Extended delivery zones receive discounted rates based on order size.

Flexible Payment Terms

Bulk buyers qualify for Net-30 or Net-60 invoicing without upfront deposits. Monthly billing with consolidated invoices simplifies your accounts payable process.

Custom Grading Standards

For orders of 500+, we can apply custom grading criteria specific to your requirements. If you need Grade B with no more than one replacement board, we will sort to that specification.

Seller Requirements Checklist

Planning to sell your used pallets to us? Here is everything you need to know to ensure a smooth, fast transaction.

Pallets must be accessible for loading

Stack pallets in a ground-level area where our truck and forklift can access them. Clear at least 12 feet of vertical clearance and 15 feet of approach space for the truck.

Separate by size if possible

Pre-sorting 48x40 pallets from other sizes speeds up the count and evaluation process. Mixed-size loads are accepted but may take longer to assess.

Remove non-pallet debris

Clear away stretch wrap, banding, cardboard, and other packaging materials from the pallet stack. We are buying wood, not waste disposal services.

No hazardous contamination

Pallets with chemical spills, biohazard contamination, or radioactive material cannot be accepted for buyback. Disclose any known contamination before scheduling pickup.

Provide an approximate count

A rough count helps us dispatch the right size truck. Count stacks and multiply by pallets per stack. Being within 20% is fine -- we do an exact count on-site.

Have a decision-maker present

For first-time sellers, we prefer to have someone authorized to approve the buyback offer present during the on-site assessment. This allows us to close the transaction in a single visit.

Know your pallet history

If your pallets were used for food, pharmaceuticals, chemicals, or international shipping, let us know. This information affects grading and pricing.

Every Pallet Traded Is a Tree Saved

The average pallet uses roughly 10 board feet of lumber. By buying recycled pallets or selling your used ones back into the supply chain, you directly reduce the demand for freshly harvested timber. In 2024 alone, our buy/sell program saved an estimated 4,500 trees worth of lumber from being needlessly consumed.
